The venue managers take great care of the property, it's absolutely gorgeous. I did see a recent review condemning the use of a problematic word within the Metadata of the website and the venue does NOT stand for that. The property was well kept and spacious with plenty of things to do that kept our group busy and having fun!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I got married almost a year ago at this beautiful venue, and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, the host was there for us, available, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The space was exactly as we had envisioned and incredibly flexible when it came to guest accommodations and setting everything up just the way we wanted. It was also perfect for our children, who were able to run around and play freely, which made the day even more special. The hospitality truly went above and beyond. Our entire family loved it so much that we’re already talking about coming back again. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We celebrated my husband’s 52nd birthday and a collective group of 50th birthdays at Champion Estates. Though our stay was brief (just an overnight) we had an amazing time. The hosts and property manager (Bo) were responsive, friendly, and very easy to work with. The house has old bones but is still a beautiful, breathtaking space. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again for any event or large group gathering. Looking forward to another stay and/or corporate event in the future.

We chose this location for our wedding and we are so happy we did! The property was beautiful and our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves! We had an issue with the fridge but Bo quickly helped us resolve it. His communication was exceptional. He even offered a free night because for the inconvenience we experienced. I would highly recommend this stay!

Could not recommend this property more. Was amazing for a golf trip with friends. The property far exceeded expectations and photos really do not do it justice. Communication from the host was top class and really made the whole process seamless. If you are thinking about booking this property, do it sooner rather than later as missing out on this would be a travesty. Thank you again and we will be back!

Our annual company leadership retreat was held at this property. It was so nice. The property is very clean and up to date. Everything is as described. The onsite team was very kind and lighting-fast responsive when we had a question or challenge. Seriously, Bo and his team deserve a big THANK YOU! Such a great experience. We would highly recommend.

Our family decided to celebrate the 65th Heavenly Birthday of my Mom at The Champion Estate to follow through on a desire that she had before passing away from cancer last year. The time we all spent together at this venue was spectacular and the memories we created will never be forgotten. The property was so gorgeous, the grounds were breathtakingly serene and we had more than everything we needed to celebrate my Mom the way we had envisioned. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure to stay here!

This property was everything we expected and beyond. It was perfect for my family to stay at during my brother's wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities and manager was helpful throughout. I would recommend to everyone going to the Durham area with a big group.

If you have a big party, this is a great choice. There are beds for everyone, the kitchen is huge and there's plenty to do. The indoor basketball/pickleball/tennis court was a real plus.

We had an amazing and memorable experience during our stay. The property was awesome!
